I swear each day
The more poetry
That I read
So defined
At times sublime

That I’ll not write again
My scribing is so immediate
Not thought out
Not worked upon
To extract the precise meaning

I’d not stop writing
It’s a way of life
But I would stop posting
My humble verses

Except for the fact
That some of you
Look forward
To more words
It’s been said
In your encouraging comments

So I’ll try to continue
On this path
Sharing our common experience
Hoping that you too
Will write
From your heart!
