I sat tonight
read them all again
those amazing verses
you wrote from the heart
was astounded by the quality
the diversity and depth
of your words
so beautifully penned

My recovery comes in a large part
from that shared experience
people opening their hearts and minds
in well selected words
creating a sense of togetherness

What a great document
has been made
recording our history
from a personal point of view

I hope you’ll all keep writing
as we move into a new life
finding continuous redemption in verse
as I have from sharing with you!
