An end point

Stephen Chinnock

5 June 2020

I’m arriving rapidly
at an end point
of reality as it’s been
wanting to turn the corner
and face new realities
darker than the fires

If we cannot love our fellow man
Despite colour , gender or creed
If violence is the way
We’ve lost the right to custody

A paradigm of hate
rejection and neglect
will not ever suffice
to support life on this planet

We are all connected
in genealogy
one race one love
for all humanity

Let’s hold hands
brothers and sisters all
creating a protective circle
within there is equality

Nurture diversity of life
Share the opportunities
For wonder and delight
On this little experiment
In our galaxy!
