I’m content
With the poetry
that I’ve written
only because
it’s been well received
by the local community
a shared expression
of grief and hard times
trying to climb a ladder
out of hard times

How wonderful have been
the contributions of others
in this weird time
without those wonderful poems of others
I couldn’t have continued to write mine!
